A board finder for Indiana SUP that helps riders discover the right board from the current range. Built with an admin area so the team can maintain boards and content themselves, without touching the code.
Lohnio
A modern payroll platform for teams: salary processing, compliance and employee self-service in one place. Runs in the browser and as a mobile app – and the code is openly available on GitHub.
Lakeshore Admin
The studio's own back office: time tracking, Swiss QR invoices with PDF and e-mail delivery, payment reminders, customer dashboards with hour budgets and revenue insights including the Swiss VAT threshold. Available on GitHub as Bureau – free to self-host.

Our Studio
Based in Zürich but without a fixed location, Patrick Federi leads a virtual creative studio where imagination meets innovation. At its core, Lakeshore Studios is a lab for agentic development: we let AI agents design, build and ship real products – to find out how far this can go, where the limits are, and what still needs a human touch. AI is part of every step, from the first sketch to production code.
Our approach combines creativity with technology to craft digital experiences that people enjoy using. Most projects start as our own experiments. We also take on selected client work on request – when the idea excites us and there is room for it. We keep the freedom to say no, so every project gets the care it deserves.
